Sue has been writing Knitting pattern books for Search Press since 2010 and during that time has had the opportunity to put her own unique slant on a variety of subjects.

The latest edition is 'Knit Me, dress Me, Love Me', a collection of seven different animals with matching mini-me's, together with a full knitted and sewn wardrobe. Sue has also designed a range of yarn kits to accompany the book.

Sue Stratford started her knitty career as owner of The Knitting Hut, which led to an exciting design career including the publication of eight best selling knitting books including her latest title 'Knit Me, Dress Me, Love Me'.

2017 sees the launch of her first garment range of a sweater and two easy to wear cardigans using Coopknits 'Socks Yeah DK'.

In the past Sue has collaborated with Save The Childrens, Innocent Smoothies, Nestle Shreddies, Millamia and Erika Knight amongst others.

When she is not busy dreaming up more cute creatures to knit, she can be found at home with some knitting in her lap, happily surrounded by her five children, dogs and chickens.

Last year found Sue writing her first self-published book, funded by an immensely successful Kickstarter campaign, 'A Bird in the Hand'.  Sue is currently working with Search Press on a new edition of this book with even more patterns.
